So, is this going to be the final AGU Awards ever hosted
by me? At this point in time I would have to say yes. Seeing that
Nickelodeon aired nearly all of the remaining episodes that were un-aired here
in the United States in November and December of 2007, interest in the show is
dropping faster and faster each and every day. I don't think the support
for such a fourth edition would be there anymore. Although I am
considering possibly doing one final round of the AGU Awards for 2008 because
of the recent airings of new episodes here in the U.S. But this endeavor
would have to begin fairly soon and I am not sure I have the time to commit to
it anymore. So I'll just say this much: stay tuned because you never
know what will happen!
Once again, I would like to say thanks to everyone who has supported the
awards during the past three incarnations that I've hosted. Even though
the third edition was the most challenging and toughest to stay focused on,
the end results were the most satisfying.
And if I may make one more plea to those members that may have been with us at
the old All Grown Up Forums and who were part of the second edition of the
awards - if you have the results for those awards, please contact me so I can
add them to this page! Sadly, due to the old AGU Forum's deletion, I
have been unable to recover those results. So if someone out there by
chance may have recorded those results, I would like to have them, if
possible. Thanks!
