| "Susie Sings the Blues" is the episode where Susie's dream of singing gets her into trouble. A mysterious talent agent listens to Susie sing "The Star Spangled Banner" and immediately claims she has the talent to become the next pop star. Susie is overwhelmed with excitement, and tells her parents that she wants to become a pop star. They aren't the least bit excited about her proposal, and they tell her to stuck with her academic talents, instead. Susie is determined to make it big as a Singer and calls the talent agent anyways, despite her parents disapproval. Unfortunately, the talent agent cons her out of $1,000, but she doesn't con Susie out of her dream to sing. |
