Imagine suffering through a few days without a television and trying to find other things to do without getting bored. That's exactly what the AGU gang had to do in "Brothers Grim." Didi becomes fed up at how obsessed her family has become with watching the television and bans them from the house. Dil and Tommy quikcly become bored, but gradually adjust. Eventually, the same rule takes effect in the DeVille and Finster households, and Tommy and Dil never hear the end of it! The AGU gang tries to find activities to entertain themselves, but it does no good. They have to get their TV's back! With the idea from Dil, the 'Rats come up with a wild and crazy idea that makes Didi realize that TV's just might be that important.

Didi tries to get Tommy away from the television, but he's glued to the set.
Not only are the kids addicted to television, but Stu too! Didi takes Stu's hand-held TV away from him.
The other parents took away the families' televisions, too! Now Tommy and Dil are hearing the wrath of their friends.
Didi makes the decision to remove all TV sets from the house. Now Dil and Tommy are suffering.
Tommy and Dil have nothing better to do than their homework. Needless to say, they are quite bitter to each other.
Tommy and Dil try to calm their friends down by suggesting they find other ways to entertain themselves.
Phil plays imaginary video games to help ease the sting of no TV. But it's only a short term solution.
Stu piles up all of the TV's and gets ready to move them out of the house ... reluctantly.
Stu, Dil, and Tommy cry out for a chance to talk on the phone. But Didi beats them to the punch.
The 'Rats head outside to play some ball, but Tommy ends up throwing a bowling ball through the roof of the garage!

Kimi is beginning to get rather desperate to watch TV. She even tries to ask the janitor for a glimpse - to no avail.
Lil uses gum as a distraction to the lack of TV. Phil is also suffering through the TV drought - even having nightmares!
Kimi snaps and pleads with the janitor to open up the door. Tommy and Chuckie have to restrain her.
Tommy and Dil try to get their dad to bring the TV's back in the house, but Didi is quick to end all hope.
Dil and Tommy are horrified after Didi threatens to take them to the opera. They decide to fight fire with fire.
The gang comes up with a marvelous plan to get their TV back - and it involves building a tree fort and a zipline.
Dil gets rather concerned when Tommy brings out the certified first aid kit. He even freaks out.
Tommy tries to be as obvious as possible to Didi about revealing their plan. But she's so engrossed in her stitching.
Dil didn't plan on it, but he takes a ride on the zipline and lands in the pool, exactly as planned. Didi ends up fainting.
Now that the gang has their television back, they are bored watching it! They decide to hang out in the tree fort.
